Sharing turns a timetable into a read-only page other people open on their own phones. They do not need an account and cannot edit anything — they just follow along, and the page catches up with your changes within a few seconds. Tap Share in Show Clock to open the Share sheet.

On the free plan you have one live link at a time — the Producer, Crew or Band level; the Artist link, the multi-stage wall and hosted riders are the full version. With the Show Clock licence (or beta access) you can have up to 50. Opening a link you were sent needs nothing.

The three ways to share

Option Looks like Updates? Needs a network? Best for
Live link (the normal case) …/show-clock/view?s=ab12cd34 Yes, within seconds Yes (a phone that opened it once reopens it offline with the last version) Crew, band, FOH following the show
Link for no signal …/show-clock/view?c=… (a long link) No — frozen when you made it No A venue with no signal at all
QR code a scannable image of the link Same as the link inside — The wall, the call sheet, the backstage door

Each timetable has its own share link, …/show-clock/view?s=…. Stage A and Stage B get different links; a festival day and the next day too.

In the Share sheet you choose who the link is for:

Level Live clock Riders & attachments Cue notes For
Producer ✅ ✅ ✅ Production office, promoter
Crew / Tech ✅ ✅ — FOH, monitors, lighting, stage hands
Band / Guest — — — Bands and guests: the times, nothing else
Artist the artist display — — The screen the act on stage looks at — see Blackout, stage messages, Artist link, OBS and the stage wall

You can also switch Live clock, Tech rider & attachments and Cue notes on or off yourself. What a level leaves out is not hidden, it is not sent: a Band link does not carry your riders or notes at all.

The link belongs to the timetable, so changing the level changes it for everyone who already has the link. Crew in another time zone see the venue's times, labelled with the venue's zone. Band members can star their own slot on the link to get an alert on their phone before it starts.

Stop sharing

Stop sharing at the bottom of the Share sheet turns the link off (it asks once more). Everyone with that link or its QR code sees This link has expired or doesn't exist on their next update, within seconds. Create a new link gives you a fresh one; the old one stays dead.

The same page appears for a link that has expired or was typed wrong — a viewer never sees an old clock as if it were live.

For crew who will have no signal at all, the Share sheet has Link for no signal (snapshot). It puts the whole running order inside the link (…/show-clock/view?c=…, a long link), so it opens without any network.

  • It never updates: a delay or a changed slot after you sent it does not reach it.
  • It can't be stopped — Stop sharing does not reach it.
  • Building it publishes and uploads nothing.

A phone that has opened the live link once also reopens it without signal, with the last version it received — so for most crews the live link is still the one to send. Back to the live link switches the sheet back.

QR codes and printing

Show QR shows the QR code of the link you are looking at. Very long snapshot links do not fit into a scannable code — Show Clock tells you to copy the link instead.

Print / PDF prints the running order. It puts a QR code on the page only when the timetable is already shared; printing never creates a link by itself.

  • A link is removed only when both apply: it has not been updated for 90 days, and the show (the timetable's last show day) ended more than 30 days ago. A link for a show months ahead stays up, however long you leave it alone.
  • A timetable without a show date, or one that repeats every day, has no last day: for it, 90 days without an update are enough.
  • Each account can have up to 50 share links.
  • Share links are kept out of search engines.

Riders and attachments

You can attach files — a tech rider, input list, stage plot or artwork — to a slot, and choose whether people on the link may open them.

  • Files: PDF, PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, up to 10 MB each. Scripts, SVG and HTML are rejected.
  • Links: + Attach a link pins a web address instead of a file — a Stage Plot Generator link, a rider on Dropbox, a Google Doc. Nothing is uploaded.
  • Who sees them: viewers open riders only while their link allows Tech rider & attachments — switch riders off, or choose Band, and the files stop opening for that link. On your own devices, riders open in the operator app on desktop too.
  • Limits: besides 10 MB per file there is a cap per share and per account, so there is a sensible ceiling.
  • Cleanup: deleting an attachment or a share removes the file; orphaned files are swept automatically.
