Print the sheet

What the sheet preview shows, which columns appear, and how to print only the sheet.

Open PatchSmith

The right-hand panel is a live preview of the patch sheet. It redraws a moment after every edit, so what you see is what prints.

What is on the sheet

  • Header: the band or act name (the patch name if you left it empty), venue and date, then a version line — Version: the patch name, and Last updated: the date — so a crew can tell an old print from the current one.
  • Channel table, one row per channel in channel order, with the columns Ch · Source · Mic / DI · Stand · 48V · LC · DCA.
  • Stagebox appears as an extra column only when at least one row has a stagebox / physical input entered; Notes likewise.
  • A stereo pair prints as two rows tagged L and R.
  • DCA groups are listed under the table, numbered, for every group you named.

The sheet does not print the strip name, the colour or the icon — those are console settings, not crew information.

Print

  1. Check the preview.
  2. Tap Print above the preview, or press Ctrl/⌘+P.
  3. In the browser's print dialog, choose the printer or Save as PDF.

Only the sheet prints: the platform chrome, the grid, the DCA strip and the project bar are hidden on paper, and table rows are kept whole across page breaks.

A dedicated PDF export, a CSV export and the X32/M32 scene file are planned for a later release. Until then, Save as PDF in the print dialog is the way to send the sheet.
