Your account

One account opens every tool. Sign-up is email plus password — no credit card, no trial. Everything below happens on the Account page unless noted.

Signing up

1. On the login page choose Create an account.
2. Enter your name, email and a password of at least 8 characters. A meter rates it Weak to Strong.
3. Tick I agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. The German text is binding; English translations are linked next to it.
4. Optionally tick Send me occasional updates about new tools by email. You can switch this off later under Email preferences.
5. Press Create account. You land on the dashboard and a verification email is on its way.

Bought a paid tool first? Use the claim page instead — it creates the account and activates the key in one step. See Licences and paid tools.

Verifying your email

Until you click the link in the verification email, a banner reads Please verify your email on every page, with a resend button. Two things wait for verification:

• activating a licence key, and
• account sync — nothing is stored on your account until you verify.

Unverified accounts are cleaned up automatically:

An account that holds a licence is never deleted this way.

Logging in

Email, password, and Remember me if you want the session to stay open. After five failed attempts in a minute the login is blocked for a short while — Too many attempts. Try again in ….

Resetting or changing your password

• Forgot it: on the login page choose Forgot your password?, enter your email and press Send reset link. The link in the email is valid for 60 minutes and opens Set new password.
• Know it: under Change password enter the current password, the new one twice, and press Update password. Every other device signed in to your account is logged out, and you get an email confirming the change.

Language and theme

• Language — the picker in the top bar or Language → Save language. The choice is saved on your account and follows you to every device. Details in Languages.
• Theme — the platform currently ships in dark only. A light theme is being finished tool by tool; when it is switched on, an Appearance section appears here and a toggle in the top bar, and the choice follows your account like the language does.

What else lives here

• Profile — change your name.
• Storage — how much of your 50 MB account storage is in use. See Account sync.
• Active licences — every tool you have unlocked, with a masked key. The copy button copies the masked reference only; keep the full key from your Gumroad receipt.
• Share links — every link you have published, with view count and expiry, and a delete button per link. See Sharing.
• Install on your phone — the home-screen instructions. See Offline and installing the app.

Downloading your data

Under Your data, Download my data (JSON) gives you one file with your profile, licences, share links and all saved tool data.

Deleting your account

Under Danger zone, press Delete account, type your password and confirm with Delete forever. All saved tool data, activated licences and share links are removed. This is permanent and immediate.
