Export to WWB, WSM and paper

FreqSense does not try to replace the manufacturer's software. It speaks their file formats: the plan you build here goes into Wireless Workbench or WSM as an import, and their plans come back in. Open the file in WWB or WSM and check the plan there before you send anything to the receivers.

Export the coordinated channels

In Coordinate N Channels:

• ↓ WWB — exports the table as a Wireless Workbench CSV for import. The button is disabled until a manufacturer band is selected.
• ↓ WSM — exports as a Sennheiser Wireless Systems Manager CSV for import.

If the plan check found problems, both ask first: This plan has n problems (⚠ in the table). Export it anyway? A clean plan exports straight away.

In the windows panel, ↓ CSV exports the window list with the suggested frequencies. In the manufacturer panel, the pinned overlays can be exported as JSON.

Import a WWB or WSM plan

Open Saved plans and use ↑ Import WWB or ↑ Import WSM. The Force format dropdown (Auto / WWB / WSM) overrides detection when a file is not recognised. Files are limited to 1 MB.

After import a toast reports how many rows arrived and, when the frequencies map onto one of the known bands, selects that band for you. The plan check runs over the imported rows straight away. Banners tell you when something needs a decision:

Save, sync and move whole plans

+ Save current stores everything — region, band, channels, windows settings and which scan was loaded — under a name. Saving to an existing name replaces it (the panel warns first). Load, Rename and Delete act on one plan. ↓ Export current downloads the state as JSON; ↑ Import JSON brings it back on any device or account.

Saved plans sync across your devices through your account — see Account sync. Without a connection they stay on this device, a toast says so, and they sync when the connection is back.

The working plan — the one on screen — survives a reload and leaving the tool through the sidebar; you do not have to save it to keep it.

Undo

Clear, Load, ↑ Import JSON and the WWB / WSM import each replace the working plan. Each shows a toast with Undo, which puts the previous plan back exactly: rows, band, pinned overlays and view.

Print the coordination sheet

Print Cheatsheet in the header opens the print view — A4, usually one or two pages:

• title, region, generation date, the selected equipment and its tuning range, the pinned overlays;
• a picture of the spectrum;
• the region's rule for the band, with its source and the date it is valid until;
• the coordinated frequencies (number, talent, role, frequency, power) with a Check column that gives the plan-check reason per row, and the plan-check line;
• the backups, and the free windows.

Print it or save it as a PDF from the browser's print dialog.
