SetlistForge

A setlist builder that times the set, shows the key flow, runs the gig in Show Mode and prepares the performed-songs report for your rights society.

SetlistForge turns "a list of songs in a notes app" into a production document. Keep a song library with durations, keys, BPM and notes, drag songs into named setlists, and watch the runtime, breaks and wall clock add up as you go. On the night, Show Mode locks the screen for the stage. Afterwards, the Royalties tab prepares the performed-songs report for GEMA, SUISA, ASCAP, BMI, PRS for Music, SABAM or SOCAN.

Who it is for

  • Gigging bands that play the same songs in a new order every week.
  • Musical directors who want set structure and key flow visible before the night.
  • Bands in GEMA or SUISA territory who never claim the money because the paperwork is a chore.

What makes it different

  • Timing that adds up live — total runtime, planned break minutes, a wall clock and a slot target that shows how far over or under you are.
  • Camelot key badges and the Energy Arc — the harmonic and dynamic shape of the set, before the room hears it.
  • Show Mode — editing locked, setlist enlarged, screen kept awake, big Next / Back buttons that track where you are.
  • Royalty reports for seven societies — a formatted PDF with each society's fields; a preparation aid you check, then file yourself.
  • Browser-based, bought once — laptop, tablet or phone; no App Store.
