Show Clock

Show Clock runs your running order: the list of everything that happens tonight and when. It shows a big clock for the room, tells the crew which slot is live and what is next, and lets the band, FOH or the promoter follow along on their own phones through a share link. When the show runs late, you move the timetable with one button and every screen follows — except the times that must not move, like the curfew.

What makes it different

• The same countdown on every device. Every screen runs on the server's clock, not its own, so the FOH laptop, a second iPad and the crew phones agree to the second.
• Running late without breaking the curfew. One tap moves every later slot, for you and for everyone on the share link. Curfew, Doors, Broadcast and slots marked Fixed time stay put, and the clock tells you how far over or under the curfew you are.
• Real show nights. Each timetable has a show date and a time zone. Slots after midnight stay on the same night, festivals run over several days, and the night the clocks change plays no hour twice.
• Sharing that needs nothing from the viewer. No account, no app, no install — a link or a QR code on the wall. Separate links for the crew, the band and the artist on stage.
• Works offline. Once loaded, the operator side keeps running when the Wi-Fi drops and syncs when it is back.
• Paste a schedule. The email, WhatsApp thread or running order you were sent — times in words included — checked in a review before it is added.

Free plan

Show Clock has a free plan with no time limit: sign in with a free Squaresmile account (with a confirmed email address) and open Show Clock. The full version is €49, one purchase, no subscription — see Licences and paid tools. Opening a link you were sent needs nothing.

A control that belongs to the full version stays visible with a small lock; using it says what the full version adds. Nothing you made is ever deleted: an account that already holds more timetables or slots keeps them and can edit them — only adding more is stopped. A file or a pasted schedule with more than 12 slots tells you how many fit and adds the first ones after you confirm. Buying the licence unlocks everything on the same account, with the same timetables.
