The Import / Export view has everything in one place. Exports are written to your Downloads folder.

Exports

RF scan as CSV (freq_mhz, level_dbm, status) or JSON.
Equipment list as JSON, to move between computers or share with a colleague.
Frequency regulations as JSON, if you have defined your own.
Coordination plan as CSV and as the A4 PDF, from the Coordinate a show with the Frequency Advisor.

The scan CSV carries a status column per point — free, near or occupied, relative to the threshold you set. The JSON carries the same plus the scan configuration, the computed free windows and occupied ranges, and the full level data, so a script can read exactly what the screen showed.

Imports

Spektra RF's own RF scan JSON and equipment JSON.
Analyzer CSV from Shure Wireless Workbench, the RF Explorer PC client, or any tool that writes frequency / level pairs.

That last one is the useful one: a scan someone else made, on different hardware, can be brought in and coordinated against. An imported scan opens as a saved-scan overlay — it never replaces the live trace.

RF Explorer's Cumulative CSV (one column per sweep) is not supported. Use its Export Single Signal CSV instead.

Hand-off to the rest of the platform

Export the clear windows as CSV or JSON and load them into FreqSense on the platform. FreqSense plans before you travel; Spektra RF measures when you arrive.
