Hand the plan to the venue

The output of PowerSense is not a number. It is a sheet the house electrician can check in two minutes and the stagehands can plug in from.

Read the site overview

All lists — site overview at the bottom of the page shows one row per list: List, Feed, Load, Worst phase, Headroom and Status. The status is OK, Tight (under 20 % headroom, or under 30 % on a generator feed) or Overloaded (worst phase above the breaker). Under the table: Site total: … W · … kVA across n list(s).

Fix anything Overloaded before you print — move devices to another list, choose a bigger feed, or split the load.

Export the CSV

Export CSV downloads every list with feed, device, power in W, quantity, phase and subtotal, followed by per-phase totals per list and the site total. Columns are separated by semicolons so the file opens cleanly in a German-locale spreadsheet. Cells that start with a formula character are neutralised, so a device named =SUM cannot run in someone's spreadsheet.

Print the phase plan

Print phase plan opens a clean print window without the platform chrome. For each list it prints the feed and then the loads grouped per phase — Phase L1, L2, L3 — each with a subtotal. This is the plug-in sheet: it shows which device goes on which phase.

Before printing:

1. Press Auto-balance phases so the placement is current.
2. Press Pin auto phases so the plan you print is the plan that stays.
3. If the browser reports Print window was blocked, allow pop-ups for this site and try again.

Save it as a PDF from the print dialog if the venue wants a file rather than paper.

Where the plan goes next

The site total is the number the advance needs. RiderSmith, when it ships, imports it into the rider's power section; until then, paste it from the CSV.
