Build the setlist anyway
You already track what you played, with durations and running order. That is the report — you just have not exported it yet.
SetlistForge · Performance-rights reporting · United Kingdom
PRS for Music wants the works, the venue and who you were on the bill. Your setlist holds the first part; SetlistForge asks for the rest — member number, the venue's postcode (or its country for a show abroad), headliner or support — and prepares a PDF and a copy-ready list to work from.

You already track what you played, with durations and running order. That is the report — you just have not exported it yet.
The export knows which fields this one asks for and prompts you only for those. Nothing generic, nothing you have to look up twice.
Anything the society needs that a setlist does not already hold. Songs missing required data are flagged before you export.
You get a clean PDF to work from when you fill in the society's own form or portal. SetlistForge never submits on your behalf.

Everything else — titles, writers, durations, running order, date, venue — comes from the setlist you already built.

What this is, and what it is not
This is a preparation aid. SetlistForge produces a formatted PDF of what you performed plus the fields this society asks for — it is not an official form, it is not a submission, and it does not talk to the society. You still file through their own portal or form. Every page of the export carries that in writing:
“Not an official PRS submission · Preparation helper · SetlistForge accepts no liability”
PDF: PRS Live Performance Report — Preparation Helper
SetlistForge is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PRS for Music. Royalties go to the writers of the songs performed — you are paid only for songs you wrote, as a member.
FAQ
No. It is a preparation aid — a PDF and a copy-ready list of the works and the details PRS asks for. You report through PRS for Music yourself.
Yes. For a show abroad you give the country instead of a UK postcode. Which performances PRS accepts is PRS's business.
Then the postcode and member number stop being work after the first time. The per-gig effort is the setlist, which you were building anyway.
Other societies
SetlistForge prepares reports for 9 societies. If you are registered with more than one, they all read from the same setlist.
