Build the setlist anyway
You already track what you played, with durations and running order. That is the report — you just have not exported it yet.
SetlistForge · Performance-rights reporting · United States
OnStage wants the works you performed at your own shows. You already tracked them — with writers and durations, in running order. SetlistForge prepares that as a clean PDF and a copy-ready list, so entering it in OnStage takes minutes instead of an evening of retyping.

You already track what you played, with durations and running order. That is the report — you just have not exported it yet.
The export knows which fields this one asks for and prompts you only for those. Nothing generic, nothing you have to look up twice.
Anything the society needs that a setlist does not already hold. Songs missing required data are flagged before you export.
You get a clean PDF to work from when you fill in the society's own form or portal. SetlistForge never submits on your behalf.

Everything else — titles, writers, durations, running order, date, venue — comes from the setlist you already built.
The time you went on — everything else comes from the show details
What this is, and what it is not
This is a preparation aid. SetlistForge produces a formatted PDF of what you performed plus the fields this society asks for — it is not an official form, it is not a submission, and it does not talk to the society. You still file through their own portal or form. Every page of the export carries that in writing:
“Not an official ASCAP OnStage submission · Preparation helper · SetlistForge accepts no liability”
PDF: ASCAP OnStage Report — Preparation Helper
SetlistForge is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ASCAP. Royalties go to the writers of the songs performed — you are paid only for songs you wrote, as a member.
FAQ
No. It prepares the performed-works list and the field OnStage asks for, as a PDF and a copy-ready list. You submit through ASCAP yourself — and you should be sceptical of anything claiming otherwise.
That is between you and ASCAP — eligibility rules are theirs and they change. SetlistForge handles the part that is always the same: what you played, in what order, for how long. Only the writers of the songs are paid.
Then use both modules. Every society module reads from the same setlist, so a tour that crosses territories does not mean rebuilding the list per society.
Other societies
SetlistForge prepares reports for 9 societies. If you are registered with more than one, they all read from the same setlist.
