Does SetlistForge file the BMI Live claim?

No. It prepares the document: works performed, in order, with durations and the venue detail. Filing stays with you, through BMI.

Do I need to enter the venue phone every time?

Only when it changes. If you play the same rooms repeatedly you are re-entering one field, not rebuilding a report.

Can I claim the same show with BMI and another society?

Registration and eligibility are the societies' business, not ours. What the tool guarantees is that one setlist can produce whichever reports you are entitled to file.

Other societies

SetlistForge ships report modules for seven. If you are registered with more than one, they all read from the same setlist.
