Questions

Does this submit to ASCAP for me?

No. It produces the performed-works list and the field OnStage asks for, formatted as a PDF. You submit through ASCAP yourself — and you should be sceptical of anything claiming otherwise.

Which shows can I claim?

That is between you and ASCAP — eligibility rules are theirs and they change. SetlistForge handles the part that is always the same: what you played, in what order, for how long.

I am registered with ASCAP and a European society.

Then use both modules. Seven societies read from the same setlist, so a tour that crosses territories does not mean rebuilding the list per society.
